Oloo ("oloo," "we," "us," or "our") operates the oloo mobile application and the website located at oloo.app (collectively, the "Platform"). We are committed to protecting the privacy of our users and handling your personal data with transparency and care.

This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data collected, processed, or stored by oloo when you:

oloo operates globally and your personal data may be transferred to, stored, or processed in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States, where our servers and service providers are located.

• • Withdraw Consent: Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide the Platform services. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where:

• • We are required by law to retain it for a longer period;
• • The data is necessary to resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or comply with legal obligations;
• • The data has been aggregated or anonymized and can no longer identify you.

Certain information may persist in backup systems for a limited additional period before being fully purged.

oloo is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal data from anyone under 18 years of age.

If we discover that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a user under the age of 18, we will promptly take steps to delete that information. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately at privacy@oloo.app.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or for other operational reasons. When we make material changes, we will:
